A message dated June 8, 2009, was received stating the Governor read                                                            
the following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                         
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 1(L&C)                                                                             
      Encouraging the voluntary installation of fire sprinkler systems in
